Mountain Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup Oats
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cups AP flour
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter and sugars together
Add baking soda and once combined add the apple cider vinegar and vanilla
Then add flour, mixing until combined
Add coconut flakes, oats and butterscotch chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min (until golden)
